Pros

The best part about working for YMX Logistics is the culture. Even though the company is growing, it still keeps that close-knit, family feel where you actually feel valued. The pay is fair and competitive. On top of that, they offer a really great 401(k) match and vesting schedule, which shows they care about your and your family future. In addition, they take care of the team with good stuff like boot vouchers and company swag, which goes a long way. It’s a stable, expanding company with a lot of positive momentum right now. Plus the work and life balance is great for my team.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, you have to be ready to adapt, be flexible, and step up to help out where you can. Some people might see that constant change as a problem, but honestly, it’s a great problem to have because it brings job stability and opens up a ton of opportunities to grow within the company.

Pros

Teams are super welcoming, easy to work with, and will eager to help you as well as accept help offered. Competitive benefits, and 401k match. Open to new ideas as it is a quickly growing company.

Cons

Quick growth, but that leads to a lot of potential and opportunities. So not truly a con.

Pros

Pay was good for this time and that's about it.

Cons

The added drama and continuous upper management intrusion(job is simple) to get things done, parking lot(work area) and docks are extremely dangerous with mass pit holes etc all over the yard. This Irving position is for the Kroger site producing generic sodas and the trailers are everywhere and never straight or accurate in the system.I have had a CDL for 11 yrs and this is the worst kept facility I have ever encountered. YMX claimed the trucks were new and they are not, they are older models and have some issues, trailers set too low and (literally 5-9'') no room between trailers for gear to be set or adjusted for height without drag of the landing gears..This is another attempt from a company up north that came to Texas and has no idea of positivity, success or having pride in your work. The other reason i am giving this reviews is, I encountered persons while employed there, who claimed they had years in the military and I personally knew they have not ever served and definitely found this insulting.
