Pros

It’s the kind of place where if you have an idea and take the initiative to run with it, they’ll give you the shot. The product and space are interesting and evolving, as remote/flex working and freelance work models meet the Fortune 500. Start-up size and speed, but with funding and connections to open doors via parent company Adecco.

Cons

As with many early stage start-ups many processes/playbooks don’t exist, so you have to make them while getting the work done. There is some big company red tape and reporting overhead for the parent, more than a standalone start-up, less than being in the parent company.

Pros

Startup culture with the benefit of being part of the Adecco Group, which is consistently rated as one of the top multinational workplaces. Opportunity to work with top companies helping them create the future of work. Transparent leadership and opportunities for promotion.

Cons

Like any startup, change is constant and necessary as we learn and grow. An environment of change and accountability is not for everyone!

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No direction or vision. CEO has no idea how to run a technology company and never listened to the experts around him. Changed his mind every 5 mins and blamed others when his brilliant ideas wouldn’t work out. Always playing politics with the corporate parent. Was doomed from the start. Glad that it was finally put out of its misery. Adecco should stick to what it’s good at.
