      Pros

      Exciting software solutions to work on, and a company that is family run but maintain professionally and credibility withe some excellent clients. This company really knows how to produce quality software.

      Cons

      Small size still means growth opportunities are somewhat limited.

      Pros

      Great little company with two very interesting products, had the freedom to experiment with different technologies whilst I was there which was really company, and the people who work there are lovely.

      Cons

      The only downer is that it's a small company and there isn't much room for career growth.
