Thank you so much for your thoughtful and constructive feedback — we're really glad to hear that you value the culture, transparency, and collaboration here. We're proud to have a team of doers who genuinely care about their work and one another. We appreciate the suggestions you've shared. You're right — humility is part of our DNA, but we also recognise the importance of taking time to celebrate wins and enjoy the journey together. We're exploring more ways to build in those moments of recognition and celebration across the business, currently we have a star of the hour slack channel as well as a dedicated thank you in the company stand up. On the point about the office — it's great to hear that the flexibility is valued. We're actively considering ways to improve our physical space to better support in-person collaboration and to make coming in feel energising and worthwhile. We're also working to improve our onboarding experience to ensure every new joiner feels set up for success from day one — thank you for calling that out. Bringing people together through more events is something we're committed to doing more of, and we appreciate the reminder. We currently do a monthly social event and a Summer Party to celebrate the Yapily birthday as well an our annual Christmas party.
