Pros

LOL. There are no pros of working here.

Cons

My experience with YelloDrive Marketing Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company and its management are the worst I've ever encountered. The owners harass their employees and often cross professional boundaries, making the work environment extremely toxic and uncomfortable. The level of unprofessionalism at this "agency" is astounding. The processes in place are utterly ineffective, leading to constant confusion and inefficiency. Despite raising concerns numerous times, management (Vanshika and Aman) remains indifferent and unresponsive. Instead of addressing these issues, they continue to pile on more work without any regard for employee well-being. Overwork is the norm at YelloDrive. Employees are burdened with an unrealistic number of clients, and when the inevitable happens and the quality of work suffers, the response from management is to yell and blame the employees. There is no support or understanding, only criticism and threats. To make matters worse, when you finally decide to resign, they make every effort to avoid paying you what you are owed. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but also illegal. Overall, YelloDrive is a company to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The combination of harassment, unprofessionalism, overwork, and lack of support makes it an incredibly unhealthy place to work. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment.

Pros

Work form home that's the only good thing i can say

Cons

Completely unprofessional I had asked the boss for company policies and salary structure but she is too arrogant to answer the basic queries of the new joinee's. the boss instantly withdrawed the offer letter. I had been told that weekends would be off but after the 2nd round they tell us to work on weekends. The offer letter which was promised to be sent in 2 hours was sent 5 days later and they expected me to join right away. I would not recommend to apply for this company.
