Business planning has no direction and is not data driven. Tasks are duplicate with other teams' duties and to teach other teams how to use Excel and Google. Management decisions change all the time right before the programs launch. The company has no idea about technology development. While other companies are building data models, you are still triggering with loading a few rows of table. So called data analysis is all about self fulfilling.

Working here is just wasting your time So many random ideas within a team/ from other teams like business planning team, I don’t even know what is their managers doing but he just keep running and will always bother your work The job responsibilities here are not fair as well, someone only need to be friend with the senior managers but some need to do all the jobs
