Toxic culture

Pros

This type of work is very needed and there are some great people working there with good intentions.

Cons

The work culture is incredibly toxic here. There is a long history of extractive work culture, devaluing the health and well-being of employees and inequitable application of policies that favor people with privilege (attorneys) over the predominantly BIPOC support staff, who are paid significantly less. If you want to work for martyrs and white saviors, this is your spot.
