      Great clients and benefits overshadowed by toxic culture

      Decent brand and benefits (excluding comp). Great clients. Some good people in management.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, lack of transparency around pay. Not seen any evidence of the feedback from employee surveys having been implemented.
