      Unrealistic expectations, abusive management, zero job security, no benefits, no future, constantly shifting objectives, no accountability, you will be lied to frequently, you will be expected to lie to others.

      For a period of time, ZVerse brought together great people who worked hard and did great work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership transparency, no communication/active avoidance of communication, no planning/active resistance to having a plan or lies about any plan and changes plans frequently, leadership ignores data in favor of personal preference, leadership can only have ideas - not the team, leadership stokes rumors/drama among employees, no budget/active resistance to having a financial plan/wastes money
