1)If you want to work free of cost for anyone then join zappkode . 2)If you want to deal with fake promises and lier management then join zappkode .
Cons
For Freshers: 1) If you are selected from campus placement, then don't join here cause you deserve better opportunities, if you accept offer from zappkode then you are going to blame yourself for your wrong pick, cause you guys are not eligible for upcoming drives so choose wisely, it's better to remain unemployed than working at zappkode. 2) They have only 1 branch in Nagpur but they are lying to colleges that they have 3 branches Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, but they have only one branch in Nagpur which is basically 3 bhk home, worst workspace. 3)In JD they mention that they are offering a package of 1.8 to 5 LPA but actually they didn't pay you more than 12 thousand after working 4 months as a trainee at 3 thousand per month out of which they deduct more than 30-40 percent amount in the name of late attendance and reports. 4) They don't care about their employees they treat them as slaves, and always trying to deduct their salaries, they don't want to pay anything. 5) Nobody at zappkode is going to train you in any domain you have to do it at yourself and they didn't give you the time of more than 1 week for learning. 6) After one week they assign you daily tasks and they want you to work as like employee in your training period in 3 thousand per month. 7)They keep your first-month salary as a deposit and don't pay anything whenever you leave. 8)Management is of liars and fake people.
