1. First and the foremost, you will end up deteriorating your profile. Work being done here aren't of good quality and up to the standards of software development, they won't help you in the long run!
2. Can experience a huge gap of technicalities in the technical discussions. It seems that you are sitting in a consultancy firm with the profile of software engineer where no one knows about the CS!
3. Here tech stack is decided not on the requirement and proper evaluation of the design pattern in the requirement perspective, but on the basis in which seniors are comfortable with and on what client suggests to use!
4. Lack of design based skills in the senior positioned devs.
5. Lack of Code optimization skills.
6. Lack of knowledge among the so-called proud devs of this organization. For instance, how many of them actually know what REST is and what are it's basic principles, though they use it in their daily life? What are the basic functionalities of JS? You will realize this really soon when you start working, though they used to work on these on daily basis, they know nothing about them!
7. Lack of work life balance! You will struggle a lot with this, working till 8 - 9 p.m everyday.
8. Lot of attitude problems with the seniors. They tend not to give importance to the juniors and never give weightage to their views.
9. Very higher level in the hierarchy level authorities tends of contradict their statements in the previous discussion and this happens usually in every meetings/discussion!
10. People will argue that, if there exists above stated con's then why the people from premier institutes are there. So, one should note that every type of mind exists everywhere and they are the dumbest of them so they have to join this firm and stay there for long.
11. Lot of hardware issues which company provides! I don't know why the don't understand that if they won't provide the proper hardware, then how the requisite work will take place.
12. The biggest and hilarious myth about this firm that they are product development firm and it's a startup. So, for being a startup, the basic requirement is that the firm should have some business logic, but there is no business logic here and during your work processes you will realize that you are providing services to other firms and you don't have product of your own. Resulting all these, it stands in the category of service based (like T. C. S, Infosys, etc) small-scale firm.
13. When you were in the midst of the discussions, the management tends to implement the policies on the fly in order to get themselves benefitted, and they can win over the discussion! So, it's just unfair practices being practiced here.
*Note: Exception lies everywhere!
