      Pros

      The co-workers are friendly, available, and effective. Pay and benefits are excellent. Upper management expresses appreciation regularly. The company split from Zesty and all the toxicity left. A completely different culture under a new direction.

      Cons

      Sometimes odd hours as everyone works a flexible schedule. But its easy to pop in and out and keep a balance.

      Zenwise and Zesty Paws are both fast growing companies, expanding into many new markets

      Cons

      Neither brand can keep up with the explosive expansion. Those of us who have been here longer and new employees are both looking for new jobs because of the extended hours and unrealistic expectations.
