I trusted all the glassdoor rating like any other candidate and joined this organisation since the ratings were good, little did i know that on the day of onboarding they forcefully makes all the employees write a paragraph which is full of pros in the glassdoor rating, this para will be provided by them itself. The company has a very toxic culture, the team is completely biased. I was employed here during 2021 and i left the organisation in 4months due to poor management. Too much office politics happens here, the employees are not respected, no leaves are given. The TLs and managers are very toxic and have 0 knowledge of work.
