the company does events sometimes in Christmas, new year etc and fun event for team building.
Cons
Not organised at all pay is very low, and below the minimum for interns. Lack of comms between HQ in south africa and UK office The company expect you to sacrifice your lunch, your free time even after working hours just to fulfill their needs at work. Manipulation of rules and HR standards to meet their needs. As an engineer you will always look bad infront of the clients because of the lack of arrangements and organising from HQ (SA office). you will get blamed for everything related to the onsite request that has been assigned to you. even if it's not your fault.
