Laid back environment Office Never quiet

Cons

Management are completely in their own worlds Staff turnover extremely high Job responsibilities very blurry - massive changes and alterations needed or at least needs reviewing Have to suck up and be a personality type to be promoted Poorly paid

Colleagues are amazing to work with (or used to be)

Cons

Offer flexi working but without flexibility. No room for growth - always given false hope. If you happen to discuss your potential growth, management will make sure you know your place ‘Don’t run before you can crawl’ Very less pay more work mentality. Salaries are not in the slightest close to competitive. Non existent HR department. Very poor management structure. Poor handling of redundancies. Terrible work life balance.
