If you are looking for entry level research job in microbiology or Bioprocessing then it is a great place to begin because you will get to learn so many things as a fresher.
Cons
After few months the work becomes monotonous so things get kind of stationary. P.S : To be honest it happens in every organisation so you can't help with that.
