- The work you do is clearly visible to its contribution in the overall success of the company, what you do has an impact - Always new and exciting projects as things are constantly growing, an agile company, not your 9-5 where you are just a cog in a big machine - It's no longer a startup, a funded series A now has us operating in full growth mode, which brings a new energy and pace with it
Cons
- With so many opportunities and sales growth, being able to quickly add products and features is always hard to tackle at the ideal pace, but a good problem to have - Still some growing pains expected for a company in growth mode. Being able to recruit and maintain a bench of all stars can be a difficult task.
