- everyone is always walking on egg shells
- CEO's toxicity bleeds into the mannerisms of others
- the Engineering team was at 15 or 16 in its park of summer 2023, not down to 3
The product is fun to work on and the tech is very up to date (GraphQL, React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc). Lots of neat things to build.
Cons
Culture is too intense. Not great communication. Management is overly nice to try and push you extra hard to get stuff out the door, which is stressful to be put under that pressure.
