      Pros

      The people are amazing - you will make great friends and they will support you.

      Cons

      C level - pretend to be transparent and want to hear all our feedback but they don't if you are too vocal they will push you out of the business Crappy sales culture - impossible target with no justification other than they need these to look good for the investors. No resources given to reach these targets Sneaky - major pay disparities and lots of underhand firing of people Overall on face value they look great but when you stay for a little while you realise the C level don't know how to manage nor want to hear anything negative about their product. No internal promotions and worrying when people already in the business don't want to take internal promotions.

We are a people-first company and we value all of our employees. However, we are sorry to hear some negative feedback from your side. We are doing our best to promote internally rather than to hire externally. We have now implemented our talent management system and are making a strong effort to provide new opportunities for internal candidates. We are constantly reviewing our processes and procedures to ensure that we are providing opportunities for career growth and development for our employees. We have a strong focus on being transparent to colleagues & explaining how all decisions are made, and everyone is able to have an input on these decisions at our company-wide meetings. Once again, we really appreciate your feedback and we will continue to work towards a better work environment.

      Very motivational and supportive team. A very good environment for learning and personal/professional development. Great innovative culture. Open communication with C-level management. Daily opportunity to challenge myself. Opportunity to make a real impact in the team and company.

      Cons

      As we are a technology driven business with so many moving parts and partnerships, implementing changes can take a little longer than usual.

      English speaking company spread across Europe

      Cons

      What ever you hear from C-Levels and Leads are just lies. They keep shouting about transparency but what happens in the background is something else. Actions are being taken without you having a single clue. There is also a great amount of toxicity in the company.
