      Flexible hours, Good relationship with operation manager.

      Cons

      Poor Delivery management, No systematic approach, lack of technical knowledge in Project leaders. There is micromanagement issue with one senior manager, he talks bad about OM to other employees, but complains employee is not performing. While the real issue is with his management.
