A 35 hour work week is the best thing going for it.

Pros

35 hour work week, $50 gift card for Thanksgiving and July 4th holidays, free lunch once a month, annual bonus is typically awarded, annual raise is typically awarded, medical benefits are decent, management level positions are paid well, but lower level staff positions are on a par with fast food restaurant pay making for high turnover rates.

Cons

No 401k or any other form of retirement plan, vacation policy is below average, limited opportunity for advancement, micromanagement style, low employee morale, employee input is not valued, leadership is unscrupulous and unethical, inequitable treatment of employees, office environment is tyrannical at times.
