It is a Public Limited Company. The company had great vision to create impact in Peoples Lives of Bangladesh positively. The Software Development Practice was built very well and it was also a renowned SI company in Bangladesh.

Cons

Poor Leadership and People Management in Top level. Less empowerment and the work environment is not conducive for people to stay long term.

They are now throwing some Money like we throw peanuts to Monkeys in Zoo.But, remember they still think u r a MONKEY!

1.very mediocre but egoistic Management. 2. Its a IT service company (read chop shop)..not investment bank. 3.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 4. So unless u r robot stay away.
