Nice place to learn if you are just starting out
Cons
overwork their employees. pay is so bad and so poor compared to the amount of work done. salary less than 150 dollars per month for a tech role. so many deductions if you break certain rules.

It's a good environment to learn and grow. An innovative company that encourages growth and ideas from team members. Also comes with perks like performance pay and bonuses when appraisal and KPI are good.
Cons
But it's hard to get a good appraisal. Their appraisal system isn't so good and fair. Hence hard to get those bonuses. It mostly seems like those indicators are meant to reduce the opportunity to get an increase in salary or performance pay after appraisals
