This company has a lot of problem with no ability to detect the potential of the people and just talk about this, but no real action. Owners - only thing they wants money, so they will give you some "benefits", like snacks, some company actions, but no money 3rd thing is work distribution - here is no ability to measure time. You can have 12h everyday work for month and than nothing interesting or almost no work next month
