      A great company with awesome culture

      - Great people and culture, EX is really important to the CEO, and he means it - Low power distance - flat management structure, everyone is open to listen to you and your ideas are taken into consideration, you can make a difference - Future thinking, innovative company - always looking for new solutions how to engage with employees and customers, how to improve services and CX, how position the company strategically in the global market - Flexible - Supportive - FUN

      Cons

      No major cons, perhaps could mention - decision makers based in Australia, so odd working hours may occur for Londoners, however, the given flexibility balances it out

      It was a good company but now under the new owner WEX it has a horrible attitude

      Cons

      New management in the commercial team is false. People and customer are not the most important aspect for the company anymore
