Since the company has been bought by investors it's going downhill. Layoffs are very common and management is shifting all work to offshore to show profits to investors. All of the good experience ppl either fired or left. Within 2 years strength has been downsized from 150 to 50 Big talk but no progress by cto, director & architects... all have been referred by one or other.

Company is struggling to succeed. Too many managers with too many meetings where no one is able to follow through with what they say in the meeting. Upper management and C level lack the ability to make the company profitable. They are too obsessed with what managers should be held responsible to do. Company is losing contracts from clients due to providing poor software that upper management doesn’t care if it’s a good product or not. They force their QA Software Dev team to pass the Software even if it is crap and they think they will fix the issues after it’s launched. Company was doing well and thriving for a while until they made poor decisions where they fired the employees who tried to do the job they were hired to do and when they told C level employees that won’t work they were terminated. The new leadership team called a company meeting and told the employees they suck at their job and the company is a joke. They haven’t backfilled a position in over 6 months or more to cut costs. Layoffs are a normality every week and they tell the remaining employees we are done with layoffs. They run the company on fear for your job making you want to abandon ship ASAP, hence why they are the titanic and hit an iceberg so get off the sinking ship and don’t get on.
