Pros

Nice, friendly colleagues around Good caliber of clients

Cons

The CEO’s are a married couple whom which one of them has absolutely 0 understand of how to genuinely operate a business. They underpay their employees, expect them to act as personal assistants to the CEO’s, working night and day to get things done for them. There is an allure of falsity in everything they do. They advise their teams to copy tactics from competitors and fabricate truth to clients to bring in the money.

Pros

There is absolutely no pros in working at eWave. Oh yeah, maybe you will learn how to work 20hr a day and still being bullied by your management for not working hard enough.

Cons

I don't even know where to start... The atmosphere is just terrible, no one is having fun as the 2 owners (a married couple) create the worst workplace you can not even imagine. They are both at an arrogance level that is not even surpassed by god... They care only about their success and don't care about their employees whatsoever. Steer away from that company at all cost. Only long term employees are graduates who don't know anything else and are hoping their career is going to grow with the company. On top of that, their strategy is also counter-productive as they are focusing on developing new partnerships and forgetting about their life-long partner Magento.

Pros

Leaders listen to other people's suggestions and take on feedback, during my 3 years i brought numerous ideas to the table and whilst not all of them went ahead the value for the ones that did were accepted & implemented globally and were recognised and put into practice. When I encountered road blocks and needed additional tools to do my job i was granted the requested but had to keep in mind the cost impact this had on the business overall which forced you to think outside the box and rearach more. Flexible working was key for me given my situation at the time and the team were sympathetic for my personal reasons to leave. Leaders let me craft my own hours without me feeling pressured to work 24-7 and helped me relocate and offer support after I had left with other employment opportunities. The respect that the industry and the partners have for team and the respect given to the managing director is quite impressive, as i didn't realise who much of a big deal this was until I had left the company.

Cons

Short term employees who cannot handle the culture and are not willing to adapt to a new approach based on their outdated ‘traditional’ practices which are no longer relevant in the workplace of today. I found that they clash with people when they think they deserve certain rights because they had access to things or did things in their old role which don’t apply to eWave’s way of thinking and doing and then lash out and try to influence others into thinking the same.
