Pros

Besides enjoying the company of a few employees on the design team, there are none. It was a nightmare.

Cons

I was with this company from 2014 - 2015 and I was met daily with racial micro aggressions, undermining, over-privileged employees, and management who would rather take advantage of your time and role scope than actually advocate for you and help you to flourish. I had little to no support, was asked to be "nicer" to caucasian employees, while not receiving the same treatment and understanding, and was met with resistance when asking for improvements in my compensation that was appropriate for the amount of work I was being asked to daily. Finally, towards the end of my time there, they changed my role under the guise of "advocacy" only to unceremoniously fire me while I was on PTO under the thinly veiled reasoning of "no longer needing the position."

Toxic and Ignorant

Pros

The interactive video space sounds hot, until you actually get under the hood and realize it's all a gimmick. The free lunches once a week are fine. They have a coffee machine. There is unlimited vacation, theoretically if not in practice. The office is well located.

Cons

This company is rotting from the inside out. Lack of transparency is rampant and almost everyone at the company is pessimistic about its future and ultimately miserable. The main problem is that upper management have both huge egos (unwilling to lead with humility or clarity) and little understanding of entertainment - the space they are desperate to enter. They see themselves as entertainment gods because they had a successful band back in Israel. As an ad tech company, it's honestly fine. As an entertainment company - wow, the content stinks. Rather than accept missteps, everything from stupid customers, to unreasonable partners, to staff work ethic, to lack of creativity on the part of creators, are blamed. They are very out of touch with American youth culture and believe that their own esoteric taste for strange foreign humor is what everyone else should like.
