      Friendly atmosphere at work, encouraging and motivational, Salary is relatively satisfactory.

      Cons

      Burnt out or inexperienced Managers, Company Strategic plans are often veiled. Tendency to throw the bomb of Company Risks on the heads of Newcomers/and/ordinary Employees. A "Feature Factory" - Interesting and often exciting experience for DEVs, a bit of stressful and hectic for QAs at times.
