      Pros

      Very good product, great team, have seen rapid growth and it doesn't look like slowing down with new Series C investment and expanding into new locations across the globe. Lots of potential here over the coming years to grow in your career and make a lot of ££.

      Cons

      Start up / scale up challenges you would expect. Lots of systems and scaleable processes still to be developed however it is getting better just need more alignment on a few things.

      A fun, hard working and collaborative culture A true sense of being in it together Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled staff Empowered, capable middle management with proven experience in each of their fields A well designed and built product Effective and accurate data science A humble and flexible senior management team who wants to get the best out of everyone and is eager to receive feedback and improve

      (all the usual startup challenges) Prioritising product developments and strategy Growing and scaling the team quickly and effectively Catering to the increasing number of regions we serve Not so much cons as challenges we face and will overcome.

      People are amazing, great culture

      Cons

      The CEO is really rude, doesn't care about people, doesn’t share the same values as the employees. They are all understaffed, close to being closed down. People work for low pay and no recognition.
