Pros

On time Salary Excellent CEO

Cons

# Management: Very poor non-technical management, preoccupation with personal branding of social networks and indirect coercion of employees to like, comment and share. # Increments: increments based on face value, # Working Hour: Works an average of 11/12 hours a day without overtime, they don't believe that more output can be achieved in less time. When the employee leaves the office at 6 o'clock, their faces turn black. # Leave: No one employee wants to leave after then the sky breaks in their head when they talk about vacation # Oil: If you can provide oil, then you'll get little bit relief. # Believe: They believe that the longer the time spent on duty, the better the performance. However, it feels like a software company feels like a garments factory. # Weekday: Official declaration closes on Friday-Saturday, but the reality is different. Employees are indirectly pressured to come on Saturdays and other’s holidays, # Work Process: Given work to be done at home, employees are constantly under mental pressure. # Social network presents flashy advertisements, but the work is the opposite. During employee recruitment, # Profit Bonuses: They promise profit bonuses, but they might never actually make a profit, # A seemingly weak software architecture, # Motivation They are tried to be motivated but, in the end, they are not motivated, because motivation is not good for all time.

Pros

Only good thing is - Salary (on time)

Cons

1. Poor management 2. Cheap mentality 3. Give cheap motivations to all employee 4. Very poor salary. 5. No overtime system, yet employees work long hours (11-14 hours). 6. Indirectly, tasks are assigned, such as liking and commenting on Facebook and LinkedIn. Furthermore, they attach a threat with a smiley face, indicating that those who react on LinkedIn or Facebook are being closely monitored for KPI evaluation. This unprofessionalism reflects a sick mentality. 7. Salary increase system: 2k, 3k, 5k. Will any employee accept this after a year? 8. Employee just work here like a garments worker, may be garments workers are much better than this. 9. They are just using employees. 10. They hire interns for live projects, disregarding quality for cost-saving. 11. The management's mindset seems to be: "I earned 30k when I was 30; why should employees earn that now?" Sick mentality, isn't it? 12. They extend time limits for interns and probationary employees solely to save money. Such a sick mentality. 13. They extend time limits for interns and probationary employees solely to save money. Such a sick mentality. 14. Initially they use intern 3 to 5,6 months for some people it took 8 months also, these employee just work there as they are not so much experienced that's why they are staying here like little bit they are trying to be good. And the company takes this advantages. 15. Those employee can oil there management they are only got little bit benefits nothing special. Haha.. In Bengali terms it calls (যে যত চাটতে পারে ) Only those have very sharp tounge, they are doing like, comments, share lol 16. They are just marketing in social media, nobody knows there real face. 17. There system, Intern(3 to 8 months or more than that) then Probation(6 to as much as they can longer) in between they have another option that is contractual. These all systems they introduced only for cost cutting. And salary structure is like poor garments worker. 18. All employees are fed-up. 19. Recently management are giving positive response about there company for balancing glassdoor review. lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 20. Last wanted to say - many company has similar mentality(BD peoples)
