      Pros

      iLoveToReview has such a supportive culture that it encourages you to do well. It also allows for a high degree of autonomy and flexibility which is what's needed in today's ever changing world. Your individual input is always sought and the company keeps everyone up-to-speed with its plans and goals. This company is going places so it's fun to be an board and playing a part in its unfolding story.

      Pros

      Good culture, honest company, honest team, forward thinking. People focused - results driven. Good communication - family style environment. CEO's are easily reachable. Hardworking team. Bonus structure - productivity based pay and incentives.

      Cons

      Job Security: The business can change overnight because it's web based and reliant on a third party (Amazon) but our CEO, Keith O'brien, always comes with solutions and has kept us together through each hoop we've had to jump through to remain 100% in compliance with Amazon TOS.

      - Fast paced work environment ...The day flies by - Full time work with flexible hours if needed - Fun group of co-workers and great CEO - Always learning new things..stays challenging - incentives to work harder

      - really none come to mind - I work long hours but its because I choose too not required
