      - Some people can sit Idle for a year and get paid working on nothing - Buttering can be very beneficial here and get you to a high position - Open/Friendly Environment - Learning Environment

      Cons

      - Instant Firing - They hire 2 years experience developer to do a job of 10 years experience dev - No Engineering Culture - No Code Quality Check - They Lie about benefits in interview - No Work Model leading to unequal employee treatment - Arrogant HR individuals think they own the company and have the right to disrespect anyone anywhere
