Absolutely appalling experience with the Azure team under the management of “A…”. If you’re considering joining this team or working with them, run in the opposite direction! It’s like stepping into a toxic swamp filled with deceitful practices and irresponsible leadership. “A…” epitomizes two-faced management. She presents herself as a team player in meetings but will stab you in the back the moment you turn your head. The level of irresponsibility she showcases is beyond comprehension. Deadline after deadline is missed, and when called out, she blames her team instead of taking ownership. It’s clear that accountability is a foreign concept to her. The atmosphere in the team is suffocating. Morale is in the gutter thanks to her constant flip-flopping and lack of direction. There’s zero support for team members, and collaboration is simply a myth. Instead of fostering a positive environment, “A…” seems to thrive on chaos and confusion, making it impossible for anyone to succeed. If you value your mental health and professional integrity, steer clear of this sinking ship. There are plenty of companies out there that value their employees and build a supportive culture. iTechwx, especially Azure team is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

What if you are unlucky enough to run into "those" teams? Running rampant with maggots who had no working standard, no respect for other team's work and member. Take no ownership, nor responsibility to their actions. The managenet is loose enough to not only let this continue, but somehow secretly adore it as these maggots are the like to be on the podium at the Year End Party. Amazingly disappointing.
