The leadership and policies are worst which do not suit the industry, They routinely put pressure and even mentally torture them to achieve the unrealistic goals. Harsh management practices have been reported several times, and instead of bringing a positive change, they made it a hell with more unacceptable policies. What's more; even poor hygiene maintenance in office premises.
