Pros
Great people to work with. A lot of experienced people in the IT department. Good technology stack.
Cons
Very bad management. They try to overcome the problems caused by the lack of planning with working extra always. Always focus on maintaining a virtual growth but never focus on the problems causing the company to burn investment.
