      There are none. Boys club is an understatement

      Cons

      The culture at this business is appalling. They allow bullying and harassment by senior management of other staff members. The constant lies about bonuses that are built into contracts, brag about how successful they are and how they have maintained if not increased revenue during covid yet don’t pass out bonuses or so much as CPI increases. Expect you to work ridiculous hours and be humble about still having a job.

      Cons

      The most important thing to consider is the culture here. Most toxic workplace I have ever seen. Certain people will ruin your happiness and life.
