      flexible in working hours , work life balance, good location

      Cons

      Dictatorship, partiality, no growth, no respect, no appreciation, you need to know when to go and talk to management for perks.

      1. no strict dress code 2. Flexible timings

      Cons

      1. Unethical behavior from LEAD 2. doesn't provide lunch, transport, outings,bonus etc. 3. No one cares of employees even though everyone has the same issue. 4. No proper management to listen to employees problems 5.verbal abusing from LEAD 6. No exposure to IP forums or conferences 7. Bargain best possible way to get a hike 8. No appreciation for your performance

      The managers are rude and worse. They donor guide and have worse language usage. No guidance , no growth, less salary , long working hours , rude staff and worse staff
