Pay/ sick leave/ benafits/ hours and weekends off
Cons
Poor management styles, zero communication, clique ish management , poor environmental controls. Very noisy work environment. Packaging managers are in a secret relationship. Pretty sure all three off them take turns with the snap on tool catalogue !

Nothing negative to say. Specialized in one industry (but with a diverse range of projects and clients), which could may be a problem for some young graduates
