The organization is quite small, making it easy to comment about issues on the projects The changes proposed to the Management are quick to implement Experimentation is very flexible
Cons
Sometimes its easy to feel lost, as some processes are not clearly defined Management is very centralized, and all decision have to go through the CEO Salary is mostly for an entry level worker, experienced developers can feel undercompensated
