      Opportunities to learn but no work-life balance.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn. Emphasis on design and documentation. Freehand to explore things if one is willing to. Free lunch. No restriction on leave/WFH (as of now). The CTO Mr. Ajit Narayanan possesses very good technical knowledge.

      Cons

      No (very less) work-life balance. It is very important for a start-up to have an employee-friendly culture, I did not find that kind of culture in the organization.

      1.Groupism, favouritism and politics has become key to success for some of them there. 2.Everyone is blaming each other for any mistake instead of correcting it. 3.Not a good place to start career for fresher you will get to see and learn only politics 4.Hiring non CS/IT freshers and expecting them to change the entire world in few days 5.Few people thinks of themselves as boss which is spoiling company environment.
