      - One of the biggest (if not the biggest) film production/distribution in Singapore - Regional offices available - Potential opportunities to work on big projects - Hardworking and talented colleagues that you can learn from

      Cons

      - Lack of direction by management in terms of employee's growth (was told that I have 10 to 20 more years more before I can achieve my career goals with the company despite being put as a team lead within 1-2 months of my hire) - Although there are quite a few non-Mandarin projects, there is still a lack of diversity in the workforce - Inability to handle grievances from workplace bullying/discrimination

      - A renowned company in the film and media industry - Great exposure to the media industry - Good place to build your contacts and portfolio

      Cons

      - Idle management. Management sits at the top and does all the talking only. - No room for growth if you're young as the upper management will always be there and you do not have a chance to move up unless they are no longer there. Management levels are all above their 50s. Can't find any young people in the management or managers roles. - Management styles and mindsets are still in the 90s cannot adapt to current trends and changes. - The turnover rate for working level is extremely high, you have people leaving almost every other week.

      -Micro management by top management -No one dare to make decision and only listen to the chairman's instructions even if they disagree or feel it's the wrong decision - some top management curry favour too much to the chairman and only manage upwards.
