Friendly environment, colleagues are good.
Cons
No flexibility. Doesn't understand family problems and do not give flexible timings. No salary hikes, very very less hikes. Strict timing logins which is more worst. No awards, rewards, no bonus. No recognition given for hard working employees. No growth of skills. They won't give chance to move to other roles.
