Pros
If you are a self-starter, you will learn a lot. You get full-stack exposure to Magento, Vue, and Ruby. Unlike other internships, you handle critical logic, dynamic pricing formulas, and server-side configurations. Working with international school clients provides a great portfolio boost.
Cons
The management culture is the biggest drawback; the supervisor’s communication style is aggressive and unpredictable. The company suffers from high technical debt—you spend a lot of time fixing fundamental setup errors made years ago. Documentation is often requested but then ignored by stakeholders, making the work feel redundant and undervalued.
