Pros
Competent and friendly colleagues in the middle level. Most of them try to help you with your daily tasks.
Cons
Ultra-fast paced company. There is no time to review what we are doing and why. The company looks for fast executors, which don't question anything. It's a strategy that allows them to grow fast, and I have no problem with it, but I tried to check this several times during the interview process and it was hidden from me. Another accuracies appeared shortly. In general, the issue comes always from management and not from the lower layers of the organization.
