Cons

This is a company that is growing exponentially. However, they don't pay bonuses like they claim, and the sales force is stuck not being able to pay our bills! We are all elite salespeople in this space, and we are having to use our savings because we get no bonuses! Every manager has left. It's an absolute cluster!

Loose triage system to enable the untrained assistants/ fresh graduates to order expensive tests although medically unnecessary according to the choosing wisely program, this maximizes money from the insurance companies without direct liability on the pathologists or the company itself Exposure of the US patients' full medical and personal info to medical graduates in Egypt, they prepare the primary medical reports without having any US certificates or licenses. Moreover, Egypt's branch is registered as a pharmacy which is fake as well Liability of HIPAA breach, data about patients with cancer disease may reach insurance companies Fake career promises and recommendation letters Copyrights/ideas stealing Unsystematic "arabic", personalized and subjective evaluation system

Zero. None. Nada. Zilch. NOTHING REDEEMING about this company, it’s leadership, or it’s vision.

Cons

They hired and fired the salesforce in less than 6 months. Disorganized and chaotic doesn’t even begin to describe the toxic environment that is siParadigm. WORST career move ever. Will regret this move until the day I die.
