      Pros

      Maybe there are some cool people outside of management, I guess.

      Cons

      The owner is reluctant to provide fair compensation to employees. The CEO expects a single individual to take on multiple roles. The company has a reputation for engaging in questionable practices with customers and business partners. Management tends to excessively micromanage staff, and several former employees have reported experiencing workplace bullying.

      None. The company shows no willingness to improve or address serious issues, leaving employees frustrated and unsupported.

      Cons

      Unpaid wages,Lack of accountability,Poor communication. I worked at spaice for 3 moths , and it has been extremely frustrating. I still have not been paid for the work I completed, despite repeated attempts to resolve it with management. There is no accountability, poor communication, and no respect for employees.

      Absolutely no pros what so ever

      Cons

      Their motto is "fake it until you make it," because the people there don't know how to run a company smoothly. The workplace is riddled with favoritism, discrimination and exploitation. The owner is a man child. Save yourself the trauma and do not work here.
