I'd highly recommend that you ask a current employee about the actual culture rather than believing what is "staged" to lure people to join using misleading marketing tactics. In all honesty, the company is one of the worst career choices you can make, and it's not even worth the label. Some of the cons: 1. Poor management: Most of the managers here are selfish, incompetent, and simply poor leaders; with no regard for their subordinates' well-being or career growth. They treat you as if you don't know anything about your domain, regardless of the years of experience you have to prove otherwise. 2. Staged Culture with a blend of toxicity: There's one thing to portray yourself as an advocate of mental health, and then do exactly the opposite. Micromanagement, an expectation to work late hours on a regular basis without any compensation because they believe in the "value" you contribute, lack of empowerment, lack of professional direction, and just a basic lack of empathy for employees. 3. Retention Bonus: A bonus that is actually a penalty if you fail to work for the company for at least 1 year. This is a poor approach to getting people to stay just for the sake of money. 4. Career Trajectory/Learning: If you're thinking that you'll get to learn at tkxel, you're in for a major disappointment. You'll get the opportunity to do everything except your actual job. 5. No Recognition or Appreciation
