Pros

If your face fits, you'll go far.

Cons

On paper the organization sounds awesome. The reality is far from that. The leadership is weak. Everything is based on relationships over skill. Politics and egos are off the chart. Blame culture and bullying is real. Pockets of the business operate in total chaos (HR) with a complete lack of clear direction, resulting in endless 'pivots'... you can only image the ripple effect this has further down and out into the org! It is exhausting. So many are frustrated and burnt out as a result. Despite the constant and poorly executed noise around inclusion, this is not an inclusive environment to work. Leaders have their obvious favorites.

Pros

Office location is good, there are a few select great people you can work with

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, very few clients, the clients they have aren’t especially happy, no clear understanding to this date what the agency actually “does” or stands for.

Not as great as they pretend to be.

Pros

There are some great people who work here, depending on department.

Cons

Poor communication between departments. Forced to fill in questionnaires/votes for awards. Some of the senior members clearly don't know as much as they should for their roles, and clearly don't care about people they haven't directly hired. Poor communication during projects from this specific senior member. HR don't really bring much value, just constant tick box exercises to keep themselves in jobs, when that money could go to retaining people who do the work.
