Pros

Vibrant social scene with a dedicated Sports&Social committee, Positive office environment with a supportive, encouraging culture A busy calendar of events - including networking, CPD seminars, training and other presentations. Well-regarded company that people in the construction industry take seriously. Generally good work/life balance

Cons

The company has a poisonous gossip culture, where there appears to be little regard for privacy. The content of confidential meetings become general knowledge within hours. Some of the management openly pride themselves on knowing and sharing sensitive information about their colleagues.

Great projects and fantastic budgets. Will really help with your CV and getting exposure to high profile clients. Projects are well managed and organised for the most part. Friendly colleagues (peers)

Cons

Oppressive management, fight you tooth and nail to get promoted. Favouritism is very obvious and unfair. If you are on great terms with management you can do no wrong but good luck otherwise. A lot of inappropriate behaviour and harassment from a few bad apples which can overshadow all the good people you could encounter there. Blame culture.
